Property Management Information

We handle over 100 furnished (seasonal) and unfurnished (long-term) units. We collect rents, issue checks, and handle all tenant contact. Some cities impose a rental tax which we collect and remit for you. We hear tenant complaints and problems and try to resolve them satisfactorily before involving the owner.

There are no property management fees charged to the owner until the property is rented. Should problems arise the owner is contacted and a repair estimate obtained. We use reputable vendors for repairs, maintenance, pest control, & specialty trades to help you handle problems with a minimum of stress to you.
